I am a certified core energy professional coach, Executive coach and Core Dynamics leadership specialist and an Energy leadership index expert, accredited by the International Coach Federation. I chased dreams day in and day out. But what about the baggage that comes with all the "chasing"? Being a parent, far away from my parents, and sustaining a career was a challenge -- a challenge I LOVED. Like you, I dreamt of professional growth, I yearned to feel valued, belonged, and useful. Those self-doubts and stories we tell ourselves dragged me down.  I explored, unraveled and discovered nuggets from my baggage and owned them, through a powerful coaching experience.  I accepted my introverted nature and embraced my on-demand extroversion. I picked and chose my battles — I CHOSE where to target my energy.  Today, I am filled with gratitude for being able to make choices in life.
